I offer a free 20-minute intro session, Either online or by phone, for us to get to know each other.
Assuming you wish to move forward, I’ll then email you a couple of forms to fill out, a consent form and an intake form for you to share a little but more about yourself and what brings you into therapy. You may choose to meet with me in person, online (through a secure, encrypted platform to protect your privacy), or over the phone. Sessions run 60 minutes in length.
Some clients schedule only a single session or two to explore a specific concern, while others wish to engage in ongoing therapy to address a variety of concerns and ongoing personal growth. Whatever your choice, keep in mind that big changes do not happen overnight. It requires commitment and effort to experience real gains.
Weekly, biweekly, or at most monthly sessions tend to work best, both for your own momentum, as well as to receive optimal guidance from me. It is often between sessions when the truest insights tend to land.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request 24 hours advance notice.
Payments and Pricing
Upon completion of our session together, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. Invoices are payable upon receipt. You may pay via the attached link either by credit card or e-transfer. Or, to avoid the small service fee, alternatively, you may pay by e-transfer directly from your own bank account.
Individual (In Person) – $120
Individual (Telehealth or Phone) – $100
Couples (In Person) – $150
Couples (Telehealth) – $125
INSURANCE: I am covered by most insurance groups
SLIDING SCALE: It is my belief is that in an ideal world counselling should be accessible for all. If finances are a challenge, you can inquire about sliding scale options during our introductory session. If things change for you once we have already begun working together, you may also inquire then.
